But seriously, the Manor looks 5/7. I know it's money you didn't want to spend when you did, but dude, you should be stoked with the outcome. That's some serious lemonaide from those lemons, IMO.
Thanks, y'alls generosity at the beginning of all this was a huge front in keeping my spirits up.

My guess would be that Chris took some time off because he has read the dialogue on this page 1,345 times and decided to spend some of his free time doing something besides beating a horse to death.

Man, place looks fantastic doe. 5/7.
It's equally in person. Perfect house, IMO. Houses are kind of like cars, usually only huge things are nice, small is almost always "cheap", the house is a great, easy to live with size, while still being super nice inside and having an epic garage.

The house is the perfect layout for me, can't wait to see it.
Come during the middle of the week one week when you can take off. Play with Ollie, and scootch thine ass upon my fine floors.

I'll do a final walkthrough video this weekend with the counter tops, and furniture in.
Our airBNB this weekend had a Nest, it was
does it matter at an AirBNB?

I mean I don't care about the efficiency really, but it's a nice interface.
Interesting.
Thomas has some ancient thermostat that will even work when the power is out but it looks like a POS. Can use these fancy thermostats.
The AirBNB floor has it's own heat pump that can heat or cool in addition to a radiator powered by Thomas. I'm sure we get dinged for being "ancient". Maybe I should call it "hipster heat" or something.

As long as they can control it separately, that's pretty rad.

if they dont live there remote control of climate systems is a YUGE plus.
Well, I see the benefit from the owner. But Griff was renting the place and went which didn't make sense to me.

They can't control Thomas, but they can control the supplemental heat/AC. Which is fine because Thomas struggles to get a lot of heat up there.
