You got a 98%?
What happened to the other 2%? You have brought shame upon our family.

But that's what he needs out of it.[user not found] wrote: ↑Thu Jun 15, 2017 7:43 pm Today was a bust.
Philly breh wanted $11k for his 2013 Scion tC w/46k mi on trade.
Comps are selling for $9-9.5k. Trade value is 7-7.5k tops.
Delivered a sold unit.
And found out that my sold deposit is a credit
So, what could've been a three car delivery day was only one.

It should be a great road trip car with all that room in the hatch.[user not found] wrote: ↑Fri Jun 16, 2017 5:29 pmAfter 45 min of driving it I'm very glad we got the extra miles ($15 bucks a month for 12k instead of 10). It is a VERY nice place to live and we will be using them.wap wrote:

I just read back A LOT in 3 different threads. My detective works show you got a lease for $350/mo with zero down?
How long is the lease? 24 or 36 month?
Very slick ride. solid option for long term rental.

illerman: question, my wife's T-reg is due for its first service soon. It's a lease, does this mean that I need to follow the service schedule to the letter of the word or tell them to stick to the basic fluid and filter changes and skip the treatment?

Dang, didn't know about the maint pkg, should've done that for sure. Full service log will include stupid stuff like checking brake pads, etc on a car that had 7k miles on it.[user not found] wrote:Best to document a full service if it's a lease. Did you get the VW maintenance package? Should have asked them to throw it in, it's dirt cheap.
Either whore, thank you sir!

It is $69 for an oil change... there is nothing else that needs to be done in the first year. How does that even influence a buying decision.
But I didn't think VW dealer service was all that outrageous. I mean, the first 3 years were free so but even afterwards I kept taking it to VW in hopes that it would get fixed right and not get fucked up by some clueless shop monkeys.
I'm not getting another VW outside of a lease. 3 years, that's it.

I'm not saying DD it, but maybe a few days a week. Split the balance more. It's a fucking $5k car, enjoy it.[user not found] wrote: ↑Tue Jul 25, 2017 11:13 pmNah.
Potholes, dump trucks sending golf ball sized chunks of mud and gravel on my commute daily, and I park in a mudpit at work. That's why I drive a truk.

That's a pretty damn good deal. What do normal plebs get these for? Tax and fees included in that?

That's what I'd do. I mean... I wouldn't be overly worried about paint chips and windshield dings on a $5k car.Detroit wrote: ↑Wed Jul 26, 2017 7:34 amI'm not saying DD it, but maybe a few days a week. Split the balance more.
