Seems pretty overpriced to me for a not S model :iono:

My buddy will be selling his Chili Red unit that's also a 2011 fairly soon I think. I am kind of interested in it.

It's not an S? Has an S grille and badges on the fenders? :iono:

It's 7.5 hours from my house...otherwise I'd go look at it at least. Looks clean :doe: and relatively low miles for being 9 years old.

Funny because if I could drive across Lake MI, it would only be ~4 hours. FB marketplace goes by geographic radius, not driving distance.

Only red flag I see is the tow bar mount in the front grille.

Those wheel bearings and axles have way more miles than you think, I'd bet.
I was wondering what that was. Can these things be flat towed safely? Other than axle and wheel bearing wear, of course.

Pop it in neutral and tow away, I suppose.
yea, just wonder what that does to the transmission for lubrication and whatnot.

191k miles is a mere stones throw for an ancient creature like you.

I'll go out on a limb when I state that the Man, the Legend, AKA the Living Relic, has more than 191k on his person. However, the centuries of varying transportation have all taught him that too old is not wise, whether it be a :jackass: or a car built by :jackass:

These literally seem more like go kart and less so like car. I’m having a tough time with that. But I’m sure this is a blast 2 weekends a month

That is the "race specification" of the Elise so definitely not something designed to be driven on the road, but damn if it wouldn't be a riot on track.

I really would love an Elise, best car I’ve ever driven by a big margin.

It’s denied a tough sell though, not a daily friendly or spouse friendly car.

No AC (not optioned), and it’s the 2WD, AND it’s overpriced... but still a rare thing to show up on craigslist nearby :notbad:

I love those stupid little shits. I’d love to have one with the AC and 4WD and make it into a lil rally clown car :fuckyeah:

X-90s are amazing. I wouldn't care about 2wd either personally because it's still rwd. I've always wanted one too.

Oh wow, same! When I was a kid I wanted one really bad for no reason. Random car to want in Michigan because they're super rare here.

Gee whiz, $6K?! What is this world coming to?

I do agree that it's kinda :neat: , but seems like a $2K car to me.

This is an epic "overlander" IMO.

It really is. This seems like a great buy. These were somewhat unique in size as tweeners between mid and full size.
