It's perverted the thought of my DD having 1500 miles on it. How did this happen?? My TDI was such a functional car when it abruptly received rusty ramz purchased for under $200 with balded out winter tars thrown on it and rapidly discarded for something new and blue.

LOL at MR2 more spacious. I suppose coming from a mrs but it's not that much better. Two seats, small trunk, tiny storage bin on the console, and a tiny storage bin/shelf behind driver, can't remember if also on pass side.troyguitar wrote: ↑Thu Aug 03, 2017 3:31 pm 2003 for the spyder, I almost bought a 91 miata instead but it sold before I could pick it up. I'm kind of interested in a 93-95 MR2 at some point with a rav4 V6 swap for a more spacious/comfortable DD.
I had a 91 Mr2 turbo back in 1995, it was a 91 with 30K miles on it, black on black leather with the tape and CD combo, t tops. Sweet little car that I almost wrecked, also got a bunch of speeding tickets and a reckless driving ticket in it. Ah, the 90's. The trunk is big enough I think to hold a sybian thoe so your girlfriend should be ok with it.

Are most of you clowns from VWVortex? Why so many VW owners here?
Not even sure why people spend the money on VW's when they can buy a Subaru STi or a Mitsubishi Evolution, both of which respond way better to mods and gold their value better. The Golf R is cute but slow in comparison and not as reliable as either the jap cars.

I'd say that an STi/WRX is any more reliable than a GolfMelon wrote: ↑Fri Aug 04, 2017 5:48 amWe were exiled from Golfmk6.comCaspian wrote: ↑Fri Aug 04, 2017 2:11 am Are most of you clowns from VWVortex? Why so many VW owners here?

Back when we purchased our cars we were looking for not only fun but a certain level of refinement. Which the GTI had for us. They also tune very well, have better fuel economy, and overall insurance costs are lower.Caspian wrote: ↑Fri Aug 04, 2017 2:11 am Are most of you clowns from VWVortex? Why so many VW owners here?

And depending on the model of the jap cars I dont know that theyre too much more reliable.

The originators of this forum got banned for meatspinning admins at Golfmk6.com, and a bunch of us followed because those admins were being such uptight jerkoffs about it.Caspian wrote: ↑Fri Aug 04, 2017 2:11 am Are most of you clowns from VWVortex? Why so many VW owners here?
