Did not know this is a thing. Any idea if it actually works or not?

Nothing makes sense.

The best polish is one used with a DA polisher and a glass pad.
I've used it to take scratches out of my sister's windshield and to remove serious water spots on others. Going at it by hand is going to be a waste of time and just get you a big arm.

I dunno, they dont look that big to me, but these are my "small tires"
I think the biggest tire for that car, going off memory from the time was a 265 or 275.
Back when a performance car couldn't get tires to match their performance.
Jebus. Everything looks like a pizza cutters when you're hauling those shoes around.CorvetteWaxer wrote: ↑Sat Apr 21, 2018 7:34 pmI dunno, they dont look that big to me, but these are my "small tires"

Maybe the fenders give the illusion of larger tires.

You aren't going to have this mass revelation driving a stock Miata, even less of a revelation with beater stock one. To the last man, (or close) all of the guys jerking it to the Miata, and you are right, there are many, have performed significant suspension work that makes their cars handle nothing like a stock one. Zach's car is "Exhibit A" to this statement. The dude he bought it from had done all the heavy lifting in the suspension department already, and then he stuffed all the new meat he could under the fenders.KYGTIGuy wrote: ↑Fri Apr 20, 2018 6:40 amIt was really just me being ignorant and wanting to spur a conversation. I'm not nearly the car aficionado you guys are and basically wanted a explanation on why the Miata is so desired. Before I bought my GTI, Miatas to me were slow girls cars.
I've never driven a Miata.
