My headlights are strong enough to not need fogs, I tend to like the lower beam to help spot potholes though. A physically lower light source will give better definition to road imperfections.

Looks like the source that does fully-assembled projector retrofits for the Frontier just added a cheaper option. Still, $700 on headlights...

Yeah, don't go blowing seven hundo on headlights right now. Good headlights will help fight off the for a bit too if they are the only issue you have with the truck.

I did plug and play LED lights from amazon for both headlights and fogs on the Taco. Favorite thing I've done to date. The guys saw them at the meat up and all liked them.

Aftermarket, done right, can be very good. You'd just lose out on the auto-leveling.

Toss in a few lightbars and mounts at the for only a few bucks added to the monthly? The General will be raking in the cash.

Diode Dynamics - it's about the most PNP system for our trucks for HID upgrades. They even offer just LED replacement bulb upgrades, which I've given some serious consideration to purchasing instead though.

Yea, I'd probably give these a try if I go for the upgrade. I guess I should look to see if I can buy a second set of dust caps. If I can tuck everything away (wiring, etc) it would be a worthwhile endeavor probably.

Yea, it's pretty But, at least they're projector housings, so upgrading isn't as big of a pain as it could be.
