Looks like the source that does fully-assembled projector retrofits for the Frontier just added a cheaper option. Still, $700 on headlights...

Good headlights are invaluable IMO.[user not found] wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2017 9:36 am

I'm probably going to order them after the haus closing.

Yeah, don't go blowing seven hundo on headlights right now. Good headlights will help fight off the for a bit too if they are the only issue you have with the truck.[user not found] wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2017 9:52 amIt's essentially the ONLY issue I have with the truck.

I did plug and play LED lights from amazon for both headlights and fogs on the Taco. Favorite thing I've done to date. The guys saw them at the meat up and all liked them.

I just wish there was a truly PNP LED or HID upgrade. They just don't exist.

you have a bedazzle catalog that has absolutely ZERO lights in it. That needs to be fixed.
Toss in a few lightbars and mounts at the for only a few bucks added to the monthly? The General will be raking in the cash.

You can't drive with those on the road. We have LED lights that turn night into day, but I don't want to buy a sport bar to use them.

Diode Dynamics - it's about the most PNP system for our trucks for HID upgrades. They even offer just LED replacement bulb upgrades, which I've given some serious consideration to purchasing instead though.

I've heard that LED bulb upgrades are pretty shitty. I dunno...

Yea, I'd probably give these a try if I go for the upgrade. I guess I should look to see if I can buy a second set of dust caps. If I can tuck everything away (wiring, etc) it would be a worthwhile endeavor probably.[user not found] wrote: ↑Wed Sep 13, 2017 12:34 amDeez: https://www.theretrofitsource.com/hid-s ... restrict=1

I've been looking at HID options.
I'm really that it's not an available option on these trucks.

Yea, it's pretty But, at least they're projector housings, so upgrading isn't as big of a pain as it could be.
