between $50,000 - $1,000,000.

and if that happens, well, i'll just use it as a currency then.
You honestly expect it to increase 10x from it's current value? I understand that it's inceased more than that in its history, but it's also at its highest point now and there is only so much room for growth..
Yes I do. It already has. It used to be worth pennies.

it's been at its "highest point" many times. :)

$5369 .. went up $500 from yesterday.

Your money, do with it what you want.. I'll be here with  ready to either congratulate you and say "you told me so" or say "I told you so.."

How many coins do you actually know? The one dude at work that I know that is into this stuff has like 1/10th of a coin or something.

That's okay.. in a few years when you sell them for $40 you'll say "Could've sold them for $5300 a few years ago. :( "

The cool thing is that you can buy any amount, unlike a stock where you have to buy it at the share price. You can buy $10 worth of bitcoin now if you wanted to.

Was using "you" in a more generalized sense. I should use "one" instead of "you" from now on.

I'd put every cent of your house sale proceeds on the bitcoin. It's a concept whose time has come.

Traders, prepare to adapt.
https://www.bloomberg.com/graphics/2017 ... et-robots/

Wall Street is entering a new era. The fraternity of bond jockeys, derivatives mavens and stock pickers who've long personified the industry are giving way to algorithms, and soon, artificial intelligence.

Banks and investment funds have been tinkering for years, prompting anxiety for employees. Now, firms are rolling out machine-learning software to suggest bets, set prices and craft hedges. The tools will relieve staff of routine tasks and offer an edge to those who stay. But one day, machines may not need much help. It's no wonder most of the jobs Goldman Sachs Group Inc.'s securities business posted online in recent months were for tech talent. Billionaire trader Steven Cohen is experimenting with automating his top money managers. Venture capitalist Marc Andreessen has said 100,000 financial workers aren’t needed to keep money flowing.

They have had “algorithms” since the 80s machines can’t look a the numbers and predict the market, they have been failing at this gloriously for 3 decades. Why? :derp: s

BTC is a super volatile market. It's grown by insane amounts this year, sure, but I'm waiting for a crash before I buy in.
All it takes is another Silk Road.
I'm going to get some ETC soon, its been fluctuating this month, and I'm hoping to get in on the ground floor before it takes off like BTC did.

Haven't heard of this. How does this relate to Ethereum? Where can you buy?

Who has thoughts on HSAs? I still have one from last job and it has come in handy. Current job will have this available in 2018. Seems like a legit good way to save for health care costs esp since I choose higher deductible plans because I'm currently healthy, pretty young, and :aintcare:. Bonus: investment options seem decent and I don't mind lessening my tax burden.

:waxer: life with no deductions is hard bruh.
