Breaded sea bass, fried in a pan with Avocado oil served with corn on the Cobb and baked po-tay-toe was 5/7 tonight. Highly recommend the oil. It has a much higher tolerance for heat then olive IMO

Zilch is 2/2 today. Burgers with homemade pimento cheese and homemade bread and butter pickles. Tomato and cucumber salad. Good old Indiana grilled corn and a Rosé we've been waiting to crack.
