I haven't watched the video but I read the article that accompanied it last week.

One one hand, none of this is news to anyone that has done even a moment of research or interest.

On the other hand, there are so so so many people that don't do that and buy based on the cost of a bottle. "It's $80, it must be good!"

Some formality around what shit means would be good.

Mild, sweet in the middle. Little bit of smoke on the nose. The boozy burn comes in with the sweet, but the sweet wins. The finish is mild smoke that fades out.

I guess it's not technically bourbon, but for American brown liquor I give it a 9/10. 7/10 for general brown liquor score.
