Seriously awesome. I really like seeing when people realize their dreams.

Ok, but you're besties with Wintour. My kingdom for her coffee order.

Oh I forgot the best part. It was family style dining so they had a lot of leftovers. Me and this other girl were the only ones from Philly left (our vendors flew in) so we got a shit ton of awesome food to take home. Seriously I could probably last a week on this haul.
Re seared tonight, still got the fried eggplant in the toaster oven

Just for weddings or open for all other manner of questionable choices? Deets on the venue, looks loftish?

WEC watching at COTA today. Last chance to see Porsche and looking like the last time WEC will be at COTA for the foreseeable future.
Very loftish. We call it the Loft for short, Factory 12 Event Loft for long and yes, I know the website needs work. We are still very much in transition.Desertbreh wrote:Just for weddings or open for all other manner of questionable choices? Deets on the venue, looks loftish?
Industrial space, it's on the second floor of an old sewing factory built in the early 1900s in downtown Columbus. The space seats up to 500 and we have a few accessory spaces, as well. Can handle just about anything including weddings, corporate Cummins events, fundraising galas, etc. We have major plans for a rooftop garden along with painting the majority of the space white. (The wedding industry will see the end of deep dark industrial weddings in 2019, we'll be back to bright and airy.)
It was an event venue prior to us and management ran it into the ground, the space wasn't booking anymore because the communication reputation was so terrible. It has serious potential and we're excited to book it every weekend with weddings and fill the weekdays with corporate needs.
Pictures of it back in the day:
Pictures of some of my work inside the space before we took it over:
