I'm sort of mixed on them. Sometimes I like them and sometimes I don't. They're sort of a "style" wheel as opposed to a "sport" wheel, if that makes any sense.

They are definitely the style wheel versus Pretoria’s (weight alone).
I like these more than any other directional wheel though because they have more of a turbine look as opposed to some ninja star with tips that every manufacturer is putting forth nowadays.

That’s why I got rid of mine. I am trying to source a set of Laguna (trash can) wheels

It used to, but then I realized...how do you pick which direction is correct?

The turbine look isn't bad. There's also the illusion of some concavity because of how they machined the face of the spokes. I think they're better than the Cadiz at least.razr390 wrote:They are definitely the style wheel versus Pretoria’s (weight alone).

I mean, VWOA told you they are having issues processing payouts and shit right? So save them the time and hardship during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Yeah, it took them a while to get me my final reimbursement check and I haven't heard from them at all. It could be for my pain and suffering.

Cash it and set it away for 15 minutes, then it is yours. No-show college professor rules.Gberg2119 wrote:Received a check from Capital One today for an overpayment refund. Shouldn't that be going to VWoA??? I have no idea what to do with it.

I did make 2 extra payments to Capital One but VWoA reimbursed me for those payments. Now, I don't know what the final amount was on the check that VWoA sent to Capital One for payoff so it appears they may have overpayed.

I'd cash and put in an interest bearing account. after a year Id consider it mine. After all the BS you went through. If they have their ducks lined correctly and ask you for it, pay them. It will be easiest for you to cash aad recut check no matter how this goes down.

In interest of being honest, I'd probably reach out to someone at VWoA, if you have any contacts. Someone there should be able to tell you if they want the money or not, I'd think.
If they don't get back to you, you've done more than your fair share of work and I'd consider it yours.

I can guarantee they overpaid to satisfy the note. VWoA got a payoff amount from CapOne and they sent a check for that amount, depending on the day it was credited to the note determines what the overage was. I’d cash the check ZFG.
