He bought an ecoboost, then he traded it in for the 5.oh, then got involved in accident shortly after that.

Nephew of a a few first gen immigrant on DFD, resident turk, and ex nazi egg lover now driving a middle class mom mobile.
Got the latest supplemental which includes the suspension work. Its now $30 short of $9k in total damages. Unbelievable.
Rear trailing arm, lateral arm, upper control arm, knuckle, and all the associated mounting hardware is being replaced. Once that is replaced they're going to try and align it again. If it's still out of wack then the rear subframe is the last part to change.

Correct. It was $1900 for just the suspension work which was supplemental 3. It's $9k total which includes the initial estimate and the 3 supplementals.max225 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 26, 2017 3:27 pmThat's another 2k easy...Gberg2119 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 26, 2017 3:19 pm Got the latest supplemental which includes the suspension work. Hit a drive wheel and nasty shit happensGberg2119 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 26, 2017 9:14 am Dillership still can't get the alignment right. He said it's close but not prefect. They ordered a new knuckle which should be there today or tomorrow. If that doesn't fix it he believes it may be the rear subframe that's bent.
I can't believe this is still going on.

Chin up dude, they're making it perfect i.e. doing it right. DIR takes time.
Rear knuckle was the cause of alignment issues. VW just told me the alignment is perfect now.
Like it just came off the truck. The tech is now doing all the driver assist calibration followed by a test drive and the car will be done at VW today.
Hopefully Cavallos picks it up today so I can get it. Not sure if they need to do anything else with it.

Damn it. Not today. Car will be ready tomorrow. They're giving it the final inspection today and still waiting on paperwork from Nationwide. He's gonna call me tomorrow morning.

They put $44 worth of gas into it so I gotta pay that. The R only has a 14.5 gallon tank and where the hell did they go that it's so expensive?
