Yep I like these. The fundamental problem with the S5 is a useless back seat and this appears to resolve that.

Re: Help me make up my mind (Buying a commuter box?!)

For the love of god, a hybrid cruze is not too flashy unless you wrap the whole thing in pink chrome zebra... get the blue. It is just so bright... I got to get a car that matches the colors I see the world in. Get it in grey. :eeyore: The rainy season is started in the bay area, you have chosen to...

Re: Rebuilding the Manor - 3.0

Spent most of the day at the house working. Got 1/2 the can lights installed in the living room, need to go ahead and drill holes for the rest. Dropped a leg while running wire through the ceiling. :rage: My repair looks like crap so far, have to clean it up a good bit, sigh Also. My new A/C froze ...

Re: Desert Garage

Crevier is probably too busy :dillerman: to be bothered by your single order...or to follow up properly to make sure the car is fucking built properly. That's some serious :disappoint: And that may be how I get treated. We'll see. The fact is that we have a third vehicle and we're not getting the r...

I don't know what I would attempt to correct. Will you guys leave me alone until the car arrives? 0/7 will not take Estoril and if this gets fooked up after two emails that says "It's not Estoril, right?" with reassurances, I am not going to be happy, nor will I accept the car, obvi. Holy...

Re: Desert Garage

Estoril Blue is a really nice color. I would drive the shit out of it. It doesn't suit a 4-series touring car, more like an M2. I wouldn't pay for the fuck up. And I'd back charge the equivalent of rental fee from Nov to Jan for the hassle of not having the car. It's probably $40/day x 60 days ($24...

I replied to the :dillerman: lady. I requsted a loaner from Thanksgiving to whenever one of the world's largest manufacturing concerns could figure out how to paint a car the color it was ordered in. (I was not so sarcastic.) I fully expect to be told to sod off. CSB.

I hope not but it's not inconceivable. Depends on paint. Massive orange peel? I'll consider it. So, IRL update, just got an update from Susan @ Crevier. When I ordered the Champagne Metallic she showed my order as Estoril Blue and I said "We didn't order Estoril Blue." She says "yes,...

Re: Desert Garage

Well in any event @Maxtdi's point is that if you're paint correcting a new car, you likely have issues that need resolved by therapy, not a DA polisher, and he's probably right about that. IRL, detailing cars is therapy for me, I have no artistic ability, take no pleasure in gardening/outdoor work ...
