FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS CUTE!!

That is a terrible loss coggles, he seemed to be on your side for the longest time. I know this must been a very difficult decision with not much to return  Thanks. Genuinely feeling a bit better today. Maybe it was typing things out and talking through all of that with my wife as well. Maybe ...

I'm so sorry man, he seemed like the best.
That much is true. He clearly wasn't doing well by the time a decision was made and I'm glad he was able to be with me and my wife in his final moments.

Sorry Coogs. That is by far the absolute WORST aspect of pet ownership, but at his age, you did the right thing. As was mentioned, he very well may not have survived the surgery and, even if he had, the few extra months of life he may have had would not have been fun or fulfilling for him. He'd be ...

 fuck man. I'm sorry. Terrible loss, I can relate on the dog being my best friend 100%, they are incredible companions. Definitely agreed with Brad on not beating yourself up here, very sadly there's nothing you can really do. My wife's dog of around the same age was lost in a very similar way...

FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS CUTE!!

Sorry boss. Correct decision but it's never easy. We still haven't gotten back in the saddle after losing our two dogs a couple of years ago, in part to avoid another loss. I hear that. My parents had cats growing up and while losing one was always sad, it never hit me like losing a dog. Our other ...

Dang, sorry my dude. always hurts big when the doggo has to go. Dont beat yourself up about NIH studies with terrible sample sizes that are breed specific (ie highly doubtful they are meaningful) , your buddy was old and may not have even survived the surgery itself given the trauma. Stay strong. I...

What's up guys. Long post incoming. Thank you for reading if you do, and I'm sorry for using this place as my space to vent but, I need it right now. On Monday of last week my dog didn't eat his breakfast, which I thought was odd since he's almost never been one to pass up his food, but he came back...

Holy hell. We did our whole system - 4 ton variable AC unit and a two stage, highly efficient furnace - for about $13k. Yep nobody is quoting anything reasonable. We saw a bit of that when we had to replace our system. The company we went with is the same one we've had doing our biannual services s...

Dem bicicletas dos, doe.

I have been up in New England for work so I stayed at my buddy's house this weekend and did some gravel riding/beer drinking in Connecticut. Man, his area is incredible for cycling, just endless roads with zero cars, tons of gravel roads, single track, beautiful woods, rivers, and lakes everywhere....

So the guys that repaired the upstairs system quoted replacement of the downstairs system. $15,000 for just the outside unit with the compressor. Keep the 30yo air handler that’s likely leaking. Holy hell. We did our whole system - 4 ton variable AC unit and a two stage, highly efficient furnace - ...

I bet your core is stronger than mine. I do some targeted ab work, and my deadlifts, but outside of that all my shit is done in machines and core bracing is only used here and there for safety and/or to keep my torso at certain angles to try to emphasize certain muscles. Dat V taper, doe. :hubba:

Working on getting swole ballsawce style!!! Max on the bench is 240. Hoping to be above 300 by Thanksgiving. Using your workout with a combo of things that I feel work. My max ever was in college, my buddy dom got me up to 325 when I weighed 180 lbs. those numbers might be the goal for me. Benching...

Yeah it’s very hit or miss with CrossFit gym coaches actually knowing how to coach Olympic lifts rather than just being CrossFit certified. I’d probably start with reaching out to the CrossFit gyms and asking about their coaches certs and if you can’t find a good Oly coach that way then try broaden...

:fuckyeah: sounds awesome. Some nice goals in there too. I could see Oly lifting being fun. There any good coaches for it in your area? I’d probably want a few sessions with someone who knows their shit since they look like such technical lifts. They're insanely technical. I have found a couple wei...

Haha I’ll let her know. I’ll have her jog my memory on some of the other wild shit that’s gone on just from this couple. I could see that for sure. I got that car seat fully installed in here. It just barely fits behind the passenger seat with the passenger seat slid all the way up. Michelle can fit there still, but it’s tight. Luckily we shouldn’t ever need to drive with the three of us in here, but nice to know we ...

Aint nobody got time to stop at an actual watering hole after work. Life during the week is definitely a bit of a slough. Wake, workout (tv time too), work, home, eat, maybe 30 mins free time, baths, maybe an hour before bed with the wife. Not anyone in the throes of CF raising anyway. :dat: I thin...

I'm with you, Michelin is just a very overrated brand IMO. The ones on the 86 have been aight but I've never been too impressed with other sets. I loved the AS3+ tires I had on the MK7. Quiet, good grip for a no-season, and really good steering feel compared to something like a DWS with super squis...

Thanks, Guys. Much appreciated. It's tough, but I'm very happy for her that her suffering and misery are finally over. She's been very unhappy with her life for almost a year now and has been wanting and ready to go for a while. Best wishes to you and the family. There's certainly an element ...
