DYELB: The Gainz Train

after doing keto that one time for awhile, i dont need carbs and would be happy without them. That being said, I do enjoy them in moderation. I typically am vv low or no carb during the week and just kinda do whatever on the weekend. I think this is a great approach. Restrict them during the week, ...

I would die. I agree on all the concepts though, brotatos are good and filling. Fatty meats suck up a lot of calories. I find I need carbs to feel full though, but maybe because I'm highly active. Jeremy is too though, so I'm not shocked it's challenging. No harm in pacing weight loss though, could...

General Economic chit chat/updates.

Sadly my job is pretty time intensive these days, I don't think I'll be doing much with a :baby: during work, although the last couple of weeks of December are as chill as it gets, particularly if I don't have to do anything in January. One thing I'm curious about is that we'll have an all hands sal...

Yea. Just fucking hungry all the time now. :word: that part can be a little uncomfortable at times, but you learn to enjoy it. Swapping some of your meats for leaner cuts will help bump protein up while bringing fat and total calories down. The extra protein will keep you feeling full longer. Potat...

Our due date is around 12/12. I'm thinking since that time of year is sort of dead anyway, I'll just 'work remote' for the first few weeks and take the paternity leave in January. That should at least keep me from having to travel and leave :tits: + :baby: alone for 10ish weeks total. That’s the pl...

I only get four weeks of paternity leave :disappoint: I'm hardcore cuckin' it today. Had jury duty, didn't end up needed by the courts, wanted to play hookie but wound up just working :gag: Work sitch is quite odd right now with the acquisition looming in mere weeks. For one, my boss is scrutinizing...

Seems about right. While I do agree there will be some sort of 911 R again with a :manuel: for like $500k, part of me thinks we're actually coming to the end. VW is done with manual after 2024 model year. BMW said they're done with it after the current M2, M3, M4. Caddy going all electric. Supra do...

I was 199 before I went to folly beach for a boys trip. When I got back Sunday I was 209. Mostly beer weight. I decided I wanted to go on a cut hardcore to meet my goal of 180 by July 4th. Been hitting the cardio, not tracking calories, but cutting down on my portions. I’ve decided to go to a lift,...

Anyone doing anything with the long weekend? Buddy is coming down from Seattle tomorrow to stay for a few nights. We decided to head to the beach this weekend. Grabbed a hotel in Charleston, hanging out, did a bike ride yesterday and a run today, some beach hanging, sunset walks, lots of :fatty:

Spent some time in my buddy’s 2014 :manuel: TRD Off BROad last weekend. What a dope vehicle although kind of beat to shit.

Wild that he paid like $26k for it, a free truck for like eight years.

:dat: M cars in general aren't going to drop like a pedestrian ass 430i. They do though… m5s, xm5s, xm3s etc all drop like crazy. Yea one can claim “they are not real m cars” or what not but they are. OK, I will amend my statement. M cars WITH MANUAL TRANSMISSION will not depreciate much/rapidly.
